For this CSUN student condo we needed to create a fun neutral pattern in two different color scheme for 20 units that we were doing in Northridge. The is the fist model with white cabinets to make the kitchen look large and a glass backsplash for easy clean up when things get splashed on. Quartz countertops for durability with students and porcelain flooring for low maintenance on clean ups.
